Discipleship

Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”  – Matthew 28:16-20

Discipleship groups are gender specific small groups comprised of 4-6 members who commit to meet for one year at a time. We believe that the purpose of discipleship is to see God work in the lives of our congregation so that they grow spiritually as well as to equip people to become new leaders as they mature spiritually so that they will in turn create new leaders who will help others grow spiritually. Our groups meet on a weekly basis and are committed to pursuing Christ and his continual redemption of our hearts, minds and lives through prayer, scripture memory, reading the bible and fellowship.
