Zach Bradley
LEAD PASTOR
Zach has lived in Virginia Beach, Boston, East Tennessee, and Atlanta and has been educated at Wake Forest University, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and Emory University. He spent two years working with a ministry to the homeless in Boston and spent five years as an assistant pastor with a focus on youth ministry, after which he and his family felt God moving them to plant a church in Brookhaven. Zach, his wife, Robin, who is a marriage and family therapist, and their four children live in Brookhaven.
BETH GOSS
DIRECTOR OF SHEPHERDING
Beth grew up in the Brookhaven area and after graduating from Berry College, she moved back to Atlanta. Before joining the BPC staff full time, she worked for 18 years with a missions agency coordinating and leading short-term missions teams as well as supporting longer-term missionaries serving in Europe.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Evan grew up in Gainesville, GA and completed his undergraduate studies in Business-Management at North Georgia College & State University. After working in the business world for a while, he completed his Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta. Evan and his wife, Karen, live in Doraville with their sons, Erick and Ryan.
STEFAN CASHWELL
DIRECTOR OF MUSIC & WORSHIP
Stefan Cashwell is an Atlanta native. He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors degree in Music Business and is currently pursuing his Masters degree in Theology at Regent University. His passion is leading worship and writing songs. Stefan has also lived and lead worship abroad in Germany, where he attended European Theological Seminary. He and his wife Sarah have four children.

DIRECTOR OF FAMILY MINISTRY
Charity is from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In the fall of 2014, she moved to Princeton, New Jersey to further her study in Hebrew Bible studies at Princeton Theological Seminary. Following that, she obtained her Masters of Theological Studies at The Candler School of Theology (Emory). Having served in full-time ministry for over 10 years, she is currently a doctoral student at Columbia Theological Seminary, focusing on pedagogy and curriculum design for the faith formation of children and youth.
TAYLOR CHOW
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION
Taylor grew up in Alpharetta, Ga and obtained a degree in Film and Digital Media from the University of North Georgia. He specializes in live sound, recording, and mixing, including recording a Grammy nominated album. He lives in Chamblee with his wife, Mallory, and their two dogs.
KELLY VARALLA
FAMILY MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Kelly is part-time on the Family ministry team. She was a pre-school teacher at St. Jude Preschool, where she served as the lead teacher for the past seven years before retiring from the position. Kelly has a passion for ministering to children and their families. She has been married for 27 years to Richard, who she met while attending Clemson University, and has 3 adult children.
MALLORY CHOW
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Mallory grew up in Cumming, Ga and graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. Upon graduating, she obtained her CPA license and worked at an accounting firm where she audited nonprofits for 3 years before coming on staff at BPC. She is married to Taylor and they live in Chamblee with their two dogs.
KEN MATLACK
DIRECTOR OF EXTERNAL MINISTRIES
Ken has been involved in missions all his life, growing up in a missionary family, church planting in Tampa Bay, Florida and leading a missionary team in eastern Berlin, Germany. Along with his wife Tammie, they continue to work with MTW as Intercessory Prayer Mobilizers around the world as well as guide the cross-cultural missions efforts of BPC.

Tammie has spent the last 40 years and more serving as the preacher’s wife, Mama, overseas missionary, intercessor and Bible teacher. She has a degree in Bible and Theology from Clearwater Christian College, and has been in ministry in Florida, Georgia, Berlin Germany, and around the world, with a focus on learning and practicing intercessory prayer for the nations.
Macy Starkes
DIRECTOR OF FOUNDATIONS
Macy is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee. She attended the University of Georgia and then went on to the Kanakuk Institute in Branson, Missouri where she received a certificate in Biblical Studies and Leadership. Macy lives in Chamblee with her husband Luke.
