In using the word “application”, we do not mean to imply that if you don’t answer the
questions right you will be cut from the team. On the other hand, neither do we assume that
just because you are considering it that God is calling you toward leadership at BPC.
Instead, the following questions are intended to give us a better idea about
each other in order to discern if this is God’s will.
The questions are more designed for an honest inventory than a report card on how good of a
Christian or person you are. Please don’t let Satan cause you to feel accused if you feel you fall
short in any question (like the one on evangelism). God’s grace is greater than all our
shortcomings, and the verdict is already in -- we are His chosen and beloved people.
