sunday worship

Sunday worship at Brookhaven Presbyterian Church takes a laid back approach. While desiring to maintain a spirit of excellence in everything we do, we also realize the beauty of imperfect human expression. There are no big lights or projectors. Come wearing what you feel comfortable in. We will sing hymns and modern songs of worship among other elements of the service that include a sermon and communion that is served weekly. Ultimately, we seek to be a church that is true to who we are in spirit, so that when we gather on Sunday, we are there to worship him in spirit and in truth. Join us in worship on Sunday mornings at 10:00 (really more like 10:05!).

building entrance

There are two main entry ways into the building. The side entrance on Star Dr has a ramp and is handicap accessible. These doors will be unlocked throughout the service. The doors on the Sylvan Circle side are a pain entry point prior to the service but for safety reasons are locked at 10:15.

Parking

You can enter our parking lot from either Sylvan Circle or Star Dr. If the parking lot is full, street parking is available on both of Sylvan and Star but please park on only one side of the street. There is also parking available at the Brookhaven library which is a couple of blocks down the street from the church on North Druid Hills.

Children of all ages are welcome in the service at all times. We also have classes for children 8 months through 4th grade during the service. Classes for children under 2 start at the beginning of the service. Children 3 and older join in worship for the first part of the service before their class begins. The Family Ministry check-in area is on the main level of our building. For more detailed information about our Family and Student Ministries, please click below.
