Master Plan Presentation

We wanted to send out a recap of the renovation update meeting from Sunday 10/25 for anyone who was unable to attend. We highly encourage you to listen to the presentation, as it contains important information on the work that has been done and what the next steps look like. We just wrapped up master planning, which was a process where we considered our 10+ year plan for our property. We felt it was important to do this before we proceeded with any further renovations in order to cast vision, gain alignment, and create a thoughtful phasing plan. We considered important zoning requirements, and have begun the process of engaging the city and applying for a Special Land Use Permit (SLUP).

The visuals in this packet are not construction plans, but a vision for where we ultimately want to go. We also obtained preliminary pricing on what the all-in cost would be to renovate the entire property today in accordance with our master plan, which will help guide us as we move forward. As you review this pricing, remember that this is a long-term plan that will require multiple phases of work over many years. We trust that God will provide what we need for these renovations as He expands and grows our church over the next 10+ years!
